After developer Meraas negotiated an agreement with the carbonated soda manufacturer, Dubai Arena is now renamed the Coca-Cola Arena.
The Coca-Cola Arena, destined to redefine the face of live events in the Middle East, thanks to a unique cooperation between Dubai-based developer Meraas, global soft drinks brand Coca-Cola, and international venue management business AEG Ogden.
How Huge Is The Arena?
The Coca-Cola Arena is the largest climate-controlled Arena in the region. As its facts, figures, and statistics are as remarkable as the gigantic Arena itself. This multipurpose stadium, loaded with advanced technology, with a capacity of 17,000 people and a stage set-up altering to satisfy the demands of the entertainment, events, corporate, and sports industries as needed. It has 3,870 square meters of floor space with stage configurations and a multipurpose drape reduction system. The 4,600 state-of-the-art LED lights on the Arena’s façade give a warm welcome to visitors.
What Does It Offer?
A movable modular stage, retractable seating, and automatic drapes are among the building’s other features. The Coca-Cola Arena’s unique roof catwalk rigging system is a global first in arena architecture, with a weight load capacity of 190 metric tonnes. The facility is also wheelchair accessible, with 28 spots for wheelchairs and companion seats.
With over 35 food and beverage concessions spread over the venue’s many floors, you won’t go hungry or thirsty at the Coca-Cola Arena. Outside the venue, along City Walk, there are a variety of restaurants and bars. The Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai both provide more options. But keep in notice that food and beverages purchased outside the venue are not permissible inside the Arena.
Entertainment and Events
On June 14, 2019, Maroon 5 performed in front of the audience first time in the Coca-Cola Arena. Russell Peters, 1975, Westlife, and Tony Robbins have also performed here.

The four-level Arena can hold sporting tournaments, comedy, live theatre, musical concerts, conferences, galas, weddings, and more. It has 17 elevators, 26 escalators, four sports locker rooms, eight artist locker rooms, over 35 food and beverage outlets, and 4,600 LEDs on its façade. However, there will be no public parking available at the location, and attendees are encouraged to use alternate modes of transportation.
Coca-Cola Arena has become the go-to location for worldwide music performances, sports and entertainment events, and large-scale gatherings.
