643 feet tall, Preatoni Tower (previously called Dubai Star Tower), in the community of Jumeirah Lake Tower (JLT), is a mix-use building containing apartments as well as offices. Dubai Star is a development project of Nakheel property group, one of the biggest property developers in the middle-east. Its architectural framework has been developed by Eng. Adnan Saffarini. This tower has 46 floors located above ground, while 3 are below the ground. In total, there are 226 residential units in this building.
The development of Dubai Star Tower was proposed in 2005 while construction on this structure finally started in 2007. However, the building was just completed last year in 2018.
