The most discernible feature of the tower is the circular tip, shaped like a domed crown, it adds the final 185 ft. for the skyscraper. 

Princess Tower, Dubai Marina is located opposite the Dubai International Marina Club and is in close proximity to many hotels such as The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel and Suites. Princess Tower Marina is also within walking distance to the Dubai Tram which connects to many key areas of Dubai such as Knowledge Park, Al Sufouh and the Dubai Metro on the tram route. The many restaurants and eateries part of the Dubai Marina Walk are also reachable via Tram or on foot.

One of the key features of Princess Tower, Dubai is the underground basement car parking. Each residential unit is offered at least one reserved parking space, larger units receive two or more reserved parking spaces. There is no guest parking in Princess Tower Marina, guests will have to use the street parking spaces near the building. Otherwise, using public transport to reach Princess Tower Marina is a viable option as it is close to the Marina Towers Tram Station.

For any issues in the tower, there is 24-hour security, CCTV cameras, a 24-hour front desk and on-site maintenance. All apartments do come with central air conditioning and a balcony overlooking either Palm Jumeirah, the Marina, JBR or in case of the larger apartments all three.

For events, there is a full floor events area on the 97th floor which is used for parties, meetings and also as an observation deck.

For those who drive, the Princess Tower provides easy access onto King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street (D94), this leads to the JBR district on the west and Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Knowledge Park on the east. Dubai Marina is a good choice if you work in the nearby business hubs but also if you are commuting to Abu Dhabi which is only 1hr and 15 minutes away to the capital'€™s city centre.
