Payment Plan

Documents/checklist required:

• Customer's Valid Passport copy
• Customer's Valid Visa copy 'If applicable'
• Customer's Valid ID copy
• Company's documents 'if applicable'
• POA that authorizes the Representative to sign on the customer's or company's behalf ' Proof of Payment which can be:
  1. Cheque (Personal or manager's cheque)
  2. Wire transfer slip or remittance details
  3. Credit card slip ' can be used for up to 10,000 AED
  4. Cash deposit slip

• CRF 'Customer Registration Form' to be signed by both the customer and the sales consultant
• Reservation agreement signed by the customer and the broker 'if applicable'
• Credit card consent form 'If applicable' along with copy of Credit card front page
• Indemnity letter to be signed by customer and cheque's issuer if the payment was made by third party

In case of joint owner, all documents as listed above for primary customer along with the CRF shall be submitted.

 Payments:

• Current dated cheque for 5% of the gross property value as down-payment
• 2nd installment PDC (30 days from down-payment)
• Cheques drawn in the name of 'MAJID AL FUTTAIM TILAL AL GHAF PHASE A LLC'
